A&A Performance warrants this product to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of sale, and this warranty is limited solely to the parts contained with the product.  A&A Performance will repair or replace, at its expense and at its option, any part of the product which in normal use has proven to be defective, provided that you return the product, shipping prepaid, to A&A Performance.

 

This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or lack of maintenance. 

 

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.

 

This warranty is not transferable.

 

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, A&A PERFORMANCE MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, OR ITS CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. A&A PERFORMANCE FURNISHES THE ABOVE WARRANTIES IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.

 

A&A PERFORMANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS WARRANTY, THE BREACH OF ANY AGREEMENT OR WARRANTY, OR THE OPERATION OR USE OF ITS PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM DAMAGE TO FIXTURES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, PARTS OR MATERIALS, DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS CAUSED BY ANY OTHER PARTY, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, FINANCING OR INTEREST CHARGES, AND CLAIMS BY ANY THIRD PERSON WHETHER OR NOT NOTICE OF SUCH POSSIBLE DAMAGES HAD BEEN GIVE TO A&A PERFORMANCE.

 

A&A PERFORMANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FOR ANY DELAY BY OR FAILURE OF A&A PERFORMANCE TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR CLAIMS MADE A SUBJECT OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST A&A PERFORMANCE MORE THAN ONE YEAR AFTER SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION FIRST AROSE.

 

A&A Performance will extend this Limited Warranty for one year from the date of purchase if you return the Extension of Limited Warranty card included herein within thirty (30) days of the date or purchase.  The extended Limited Warranty will be subject to the some terms, conditions, and limitations as set forth herein.

 

The validity, construction and performance of this Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict so laws provisions of any jurisdiction.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (AMEX transactions are subject to an additional fee), personal check (order will not ship until check clears), bank wire-transfer, and Paypal.

 

Supercharger Kit deposits are non-refundable.

Prior to sending back any parts, please contact A&A Performance to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number must be displayed on the outside of the package. Parts must be in new, unused condition to be returned. If it is within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s) — after 30 days, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged, and if the item(s) or packaging deviate from new, no refund will be allowed. Special order items are not refundable.

 

If you wish to cancel an order, any deposit placed on items not in stock is non-refundable.
